Amplitude's Top Prosthetists 2026 Rules & Guidelines
Voting Method and Requirements
- Votes can only be made by completing the online form at https://amplitudestopprosthetist.voterfly.com/ .
- No mail-in ballots will be accepted.
- Self-nomination is allowed.
- Nomination counts as a vote.
Voting Limits
- Each person may vote only once per category.
- Winners are chosen by individuals who fill out the online voting ballot.
Nominee Eligibility
- Nominees must reside within United States and be in the prosthetics profession.
- Eligibility is verified through the Business License database, social media presence, official websites, and other reasonable methods. Eligibility is solely the discretion of Amplitude.
Voting Period
- All votes must be received by June 30.
Category Limits
- Nominees may appear in up to 12 categories. Category placement is final once voting begins. Changes to category selections are not permitted once voting begins.
Ballot Stuffing and Security Measures
- Votes suspected of being fraudulent—such as bulk submissions, automated voting, duplicate voter information, or attempts to bypass security—may be reviewed and removed at the discretion of Amplitude.
- Automated software may be used to detect and prevent fraudulent voting practices.
Disqualification and Conduct
- The Top Prosthetist facilitators may disqualify any nominee or remove votes for violating the rules, engaging in inappropriate conduct, or acting in a way that violates the spirit or intent of the competition. Examples of inappropriate conduct include, but are not limited to:
- Misuse of official logos or marketing materials
- Harassment or abusive behavior toward participants or organizers
- Misrepresentation of the competition or categories
- Attempts to interfere with the fair operation of the competition
- All decisions regarding conduct, eligibility, and disqualification are final.
Permissions and Use of Likeness
- By participating in Top Prosthetist, you grant us permission to use your business name, likeness, and image for marketing and promotional materials related to the competition.
Results and Announcements
- All competition results are held privately by Amplitude.
- Winners will be announced on November 1, 2026, online and in the November/December 2026 print issue of Amplitude.
- Winners will receive a certificate, promotional materials, and bragging rights.
Purpose of the Competition
The goal of Top Prosthetist is to create awareness of the great individuals/businesses in the prosthetics profession within the United States. We aim to make the competition enjoyable for all participants.
